Jorge became interested in construction and home improvement while still in elementary school. It started with his father bringing him along to paint houses every day after school. Jorge went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from The University of the District of Columbia/ Catholic University. Jorge spent his childhood years under his father’s tutelage learning the craft of home improvement. However, when Jorge graduated from college he took the lead role in the family business and his first customer was his college professor/mentor who suggested Jorge take the family business to new levels. This professor/mentor became the company’s first client under the leadership of Jorge. Jorge has never looked back. Jorge’s ingenuity and innovative ideas have taken the family business to a cutting-edge home improvement company in the DMV. Jorge’s number one goal is customer satisfaction to all customers.

Although Jorge enjoys construction and home improvement, he found that one major concept was missing; establishing trust through offering excellent customer service which is grounded on transparent and consistent conversations.

Jorge believes that effective communication (returning phone calls/emails) is the cornerstone of excellent customer service. Jorge believes effective communication is key for customers, which is why he is flexible, patient, assists customers with modifications with respect for the customer’s time.

Jorge’s attention to detail is second to none which makes his customer’s home improvement upgrade projects stand out. Jorge’s experiences from a humble home are why he understands that most consumers can’t afford the much-needed home improvement, but Jorge believes in giving customers the bang for their buck!

Jorge is also employed with Prince George’s County Public Schools as a high school Spanish teacher. He has also been an educational aide, a volunteer tutor, and an office assistant in education. Jorge enjoys coaching youth soccer in his spare time.
